Most frequently asked questions

Buying in our ONLINE STORE is very simple, you just have to follow the following steps:

  1. Click on the image of the product you want. So you can see the availability of color, size. Then click on ADD TO CART.
  2. Next, you can click CONTINUE SHOPPING if you want to add more items to your cart or, PROCESS ORDER to complete the purchase.
  3. When you click on PROCESS ORDER you will be able to view a summary of your shopping cart, with all the items added and the amount of each one of them. You can add or delete number of articles. It will be in this step where, if you have a discount code, you can enter it in the APPLY COUPON box.
  4. You will then be able to select whether to order with your Laocoonte account, to do so as a guest or to register with us.
  5. If your option is to REGISTER in Laocoonte, future orders will be faster since you will have a personal account and password, in addition to enjoying discounts and promotions. If you choose GUEST, it will not be necessary to generate a password.
  6.  Now, you will have to fill in your PERSONAL DATA with the shipping address, billing address and click CONTINUE.
  7. In this step you must choose the SHIPPING METHOD. You can also indicate if you want the order wrapped for a GIFT.
  8.  Finally, choose the PAYMENT METHOD. It will be possible to do it by debit or credit card or Paypal.
  9. All that remains is to click on FINISH ORDER. Once you press this button you will receive a confirmation email. When your shoes leave our factory you will receive another email with the tracking number so that you have them located until you receive them.

Our exchanges and returns are FREE only in Spain and Europe.

Access your account through our online store. If you have made your purchase as a GUEST write to us at shop@laocoonteshoes.com and we will give you access codes. Once you have accessed, click on MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN. Then tell us the reason for the return:

– If it is a CHANGE in size: specify the size you need and we will send you the shipment once we have received the previous one. If the new size requested is not in stock, we will contact you to offer you an alternative.

– If it is a RETURN: click on RETURN.

When we confirm the RETURN request you will receive an email from the courier company. You will have to follow their instructions for them to PICK UP.

All returns must be made in perfect condition, with the original box. Once the product has been received in our factory, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the package and everything is correct and we will proceed to send the new item if you have requested a return for exchange, or we will make the refund within a period of 7 to 14 days in the same way the payment was made.

You can check the status of your order by entering ‘My Account’ in the ‘My Orders’ section. If it has already left our factory and you have received the email with the tracking number, it will be through the link that we have provided where you can closely follow your package.

All our products have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase of the product against any manufacturing defect. It is important to bear in mind that the guarantee of our products does not contemplate damages caused by improper use.

Once we have received the incident, we will review the status of the damaged product and offer you the best solution according to the damage of the product; depending on how we consider this, it may be: repair or replacement with a new one. In case of having to proceed to make a payment of the product, we will contact you so that you can provide us with your bank IBAN.

At the end, check the CART and you will see a box at the bottom where you can enter the DISCOUNT COUPON and it will be applied before making the PAYMENT.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? on our login page, and you will receive an email with access code so you can log in and reset it.
